Breakfast Bonus!

The best thing I've done for my health in the past ten years has been to switch to Kashi cereal! You have to get the red box (otherwise it's not as good for you) but it's so full of protein that I don't get hungry for a long, long time! Eating it with fruit helps! Thanks, Maggie, for the tip.
